Students and faculty of the sociology and social work programs mirror the Mount’s values.

From 1965 to 1980, the Mount embraced nontraditional students, expanded its offerings, and adapted to reflect the rapidly changing needs of society. This piece is part of an ongoing series about the Mount’s Centennial.

Meet Wyatt Myers, an MSJ baseball pitcher with a truly inspirational story. In 2016, he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, but his fighting spirit persisted.
