For the second consecutive year, the Mount's Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduates have achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). The Mount's DPT program is one of only 19 programs in the nation to see its 2017 graduates achieve a 100 percent pass rate.
Along with remarkable pass rates on licensing exams, DPT faculty at the Mount also take pride in the programs' embodiment of the seven core values as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association: accountability, altruism, compassion/caring, excellence, integrity, professional duty, and social responsibility.
Since the inaugural graduating class of 1999, DPT graduates from the Mount have consistently built reputations of professionalism and compassion.
The Mount's DPT program, part of the School of Health Sciences, was also ranked in the U.S. News and World Report's national list of Best Grad Schools released on March 20, 2018.
